The Compass Collective Membership Agreement
Membership Pricing & Term

All fees are payable upon enrollment. Membership is non-transferable.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
· Membership fees are non-refundable after 14 days from enrollment.· If a member cancels within the first 14 days, a full refund will be issued minus a $50 administrative fee.· Event and trip cancellations are subject to supplier terms (see below).
Trip Cancellation & Supplier Terms
If a scheduled trip is cancelled by the supplier or due to unforeseen circumstances:
· Supplier Penalties Apply: Refunds, credits, or rebooking options will be determined by the supplier’s cancellation policy.· Compass Collective Support: We will advocate on your behalf and offer alternative travel options or exclusive credits when possible.· Force Majeure Clause: In cases of natural disaster, pandemic, or political unrest, refunds may be partial or delayed per supplier discretion.
Membership Inclusions – Premier Members
· Quarterly Trip Preview -find out all the juicy details before everyone else· Invitation to join the Quarterly Trip· Priority placement on Compass Collective waitlists - jump to the head of the line!· Priority complimentary access to unlimited Vacation Planning Services (a value of up to $350 per trip)· Complimentary concierge services added to your Vacation Planning Service (a value of up to $50 per request)· Invitation to Quarterly in person events to include nibbles, beverages, travel related programming and information on upcoming trips (valued at $100 per person)· Exclusive Compass Collective amenities and perks on booked travel (Value varies)· Annual Compass Collective Membership gift (Value varies)· Access to Members Only Facebook Group· Invitation to provide input for selecting upcoming Compass Collective cruises and tours
Membership Inclusions – Standard Members
· Invitation to join the Quarterly Trip· Complimentary access to unlimited Vacation Planning Services (a value of up to $350 per trip)· Invitation to Quarterly In Person events to include nibbles, beverages, travel related programming and information on upcoming trips (valued at $100 per person)· Exclusive Compass Collective amenities and perks on booked travel (Value varies)· Annual Compass Collective Membership gift (Value varies)· Access to Members Only Facebook Group
Exclusions
· Airfare unless explicitly stated in trip package· Travel insurance (recommended, see below)· Personal expenses, optional excursions, and gratuities· Visa fees, vaccinations, or travel documentation and services· Trip extensions or custom add-ons
Travel Insurance & Waiver
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance, including trip cancellation, medical coverage, and baggage protection.
By signing this agreement, the member acknowledges:
· They have been advised to purchase travel insurance.· They assume full responsibility for any losses incurred due to lack of coverage.· The Compass Collective is not liable for supplier defaults, delays, or personal emergencies.
Additional Terms
· Code of Conduct: Members agree to uphold respectful behavior during all events and trips.· Photography Release: Members grant permission for use of event/trip photos for promotional purposes unless opted out in writing.· Privacy & Data: Member information will be used solely for club communications and trip coordination.· Termination Clause: The Compass Collective reserves the right to revoke membership for breach of conduct or misuse of privileges.
